When selecting a bowl for your bong, there are several important factors to consider: load size, diameter, quality, and appearance. Load size determines the amount of herbs you can pack into your bong at once. If you prefer large hits or frequently share your bong with others, a larger bowl size may be preferable

A bong nail, often referred to as a concentrate nail, is a tough object composed of metal or quartz that can resist high temperatures. The nail makes a perfect smoking surface when heated for your preferred concentrated oils, waxes, and dabs. Similar to how a standard bowl component is affixed to your bong, nails can be heated with a tiny butane or propane flame. Apply a little quantity of concentrate gently with a dab tool close to the nail after it is red hot. The concentrate will rapidly vaporise, filling your bong with strong and flavourful smoke. While domeless nails feature tiny holes that allow the smoke to be expelled, other nails may need to be used with a dome to capture the vapour.

Like concentrate nails, dab nails are additions that fit onto your bong like a standard bowl component. They are heated to a red-hot temperature with a tiny butane or propane torch. Once heated, you can apply a small quantity of concentrate using a dab tool close to the nail; the concentrate will instantly vaporise and fill the bong with flavourful, strong smoke. While domeless dab nails include tiny holes that allow smoke to be pulled directly without the need for an external dome, certain dab nails, like focus nails, employ a dome to trap the vapour.

A dab rig's end can be fitted with an item called a dab banger that looks like a bucket. When using this attachment, cannabis concentrates are "dabbed," which involves heating the banger to create liquid vapour containing a significant amount of THC for consumption. In contrast to smoking, dabbing involves vaporising the concentrate rather than burning the herb to create smoke. Beyond dab nails and vapour domes, dab bangers are becoming the favoured tool among dab fans. You may use them to transform your bong, water pipe, or bubbler into a hybrid dab rig so that you can use it to consume both concentrates and dry herbs. They come in a variety of sizes, forms, and designs.
