HOW TO USE

• Freeze only the coil top. Never put the beaker base in the freezer

• Leave it in for 1 to 2 hours before your session

• Fill the base with cold water to just cover the downstem slits

• Clean the coil with cold or lukewarm water only. Hot water or a dishwasher can crack frozen glass and damage the glycerin seal
