We want every order from A Bong Shop to arrive safely and as expected. If something goes wrong, we’ll do our best to help.

Returns

If you change your mind, please contact us before sending anything back.

Items must be unused, clean, in original packaging and suitable for resale.

For hygiene reasons, used smoking accessories cannot be returned.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include:

Your order number
Photos of the damaged item
Photos of the packaging
A photo of the parcel label

This helps us resolve the issue quickly.

Incorrect Items

If we send the wrong item, contact us with your order number and photos. We’ll help put it right.

Warranty

Some branded products may include a manufacturer warranty. Warranty coverage depends on the brand and product type.

Glass products are fragile by nature, so accidental damage after delivery is not normally covered.
