We know privacy matters when ordering smoking accessories online. That’s why every order from A Bong Shop is packed carefully and sent in discreet, plain packaging.

Your parcel will not have obvious branding or product descriptions on the outside.

UK Delivery

Orders are dispatched from the UK using tracked delivery.

Free UK delivery is available on orders over £40.

We aim to pack and dispatch orders quickly, but delivery times can vary depending on the courier and busy periods.

Discreet Packaging

All orders are sent in plain outer packaging.

There is no obvious “bong shop” branding on the outside of the parcel.

Glass items are wrapped carefully to help protect them in transit.

Discreet Billing

For privacy, your payment statement may show our business name rather than A Bong Shop.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll help get it sorted.
